Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that is, a person who can be identified directly or indirectly – for example by reference to a name, e-mail address, telephone number, address or an online identifier.
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer. For any matter concerning the processing of personal data, please contact us using the details above.
II. What data we process and where we obtain it
We process only data that you provide to us yourself and data about the use of the website that is generated automatically.
Data you provide to us
- Contact form – name, e-mail address, telephone number and the text of your message.
- Enquiry from the OSB board calculator and the Durelis board calculator – name, e-mail address, telephone number, the text of your message and the specification of the goods enquired about (formats, thicknesses, quantities and the resulting price estimate).
- E-mail or telephone communication – the data you provide to us in the course of it.
Filling in a form is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to you, which is why your name and e-mail address are mandatory.
Data generated automatically
- Website usage data – pages visited, source of the visit, approximate location derived from the IP address and technical information about your browser. We process this data only with your consent given in the cookie settings, and it serves solely to measure traffic in aggregated form.
- Server operational data – the IP address and request details recorded in the web server logs on every access, used to ensure the security and operation of the website.

We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
IV. How long we keep the data

Once the stated period has elapsed, we erase the personal data. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we will cease the processing based on that consent without undue delay.
V. Who we share the data with
We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary and only to the following categories of recipients:
- the provider of web hosting and server infrastructure,
- the provider of the e-mail service,
- the supplier operating and maintaining this website,
- Google Ireland Limited – traffic measurement through Google Analytics 4, and only with your consent,
- accounting and tax advisers,
- public authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell personal data to anyone and we do not pass it on for third-party marketing purposes.
VI. Transfers outside the European Union
The processing of personal data itself takes place in the Czech Republic. Within the Google Analytics 4 service, data may also be processed on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and by the participation of Google LLC in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you reject analytics cookies in the cookie settings, no such transfer takes place.

This website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always stored; all other cookies only on the basis of your consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time using the Cookie settings button in the bottom right corner of every page.

Under the conditions laid down by the GDPR you have:

- the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR,
- the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR,
- the right to object to processing under Art. 21 GDPR,
- the right to withdraw consent, where consent was given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@rsaquatech.cz or in writing at the controller's registered office. We will handle your request without undue delay and no later than one month from its receipt. To prevent misuse, we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.
IX. Security of personal data
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data. The website is operated exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to the administration interface is password-protected and the data is stored on a secured server. Only authorised persons bound by a duty of confidentiality have access to personal data.
