Cookies
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the site to remember your settings or to measure how it is used. A cookie itself contains neither your name nor your contact details.
The controller of this website and of the data obtained through cookies is R.S. AQUATECH CZ, s.r.o., Company ID 26236044, registered office at Polní 754/2a, 664 41 Troubsko, Czech Republic, e-mail info@rsaquatech.cz, phone +420 541 244 150.
How it works on this website
Strictly necessary cookies are always stored – the site would not work without them. All other cookies are stored only after you have given us your consent in the banner that appears on your first visit.
Until you give consent, no analytics cookies are stored and no information about your visit is sent to third-party services. Consent is entirely voluntary – you may reject everything and the website will continue to work exactly as before.
We keep a record of your choice for 12 months. After that period we will ask again.
How to change or withdraw your choice
In the bottom right corner of every page you will find a Cookie settings button. Clicking it reopens the banner with the toggles, so you can change your choice or withdraw your consent entirely at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can also delete stored cookies or block them directly in your browser settings at any time. In that case, however, some parts of the website may not work correctly.
Which cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These ensure the basic operation of the website – maintaining your session, your language choice and protecting forms against misuse. They are always stored and cannot be switched off, because the site would not work without them. They are not used for analytics or advertising and they never leave our server.
| Name | Provider | Storage period | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | R.S. AQUATECH CZ, s.r.o. (first party) | until the browser is closed | Maintains your session on the website – the selected language, the security token for forms and temporarily entered form data, so that a form does not have to be filled in again after an error. |
| cookie_consent | R.S. AQUATECH CZ, s.r.o. (first party) | 12 months | Stores your choice in the cookie settings so that the website does not ask you on every visit. |
Analytics cookies
These are stored only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4, which shows us in aggregated form how many people visit the website, which pages they view and where they come from. It helps us to improve the site.
Google Analytics does not store your IP address in its reports – it is used only to derive an approximate location and is not retained. We do not use the measured data to identify any individual person.
| Name | Provider | Storage period | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Ireland Limited (third party) | 2 years | Distinguishes individual visitors by means of a randomly generated identifier. |
| _ga_2154TX9D12 | Google Ireland Limited (third party) | 2 years | Maintains the state of the visit (session) for Google Analytics 4. |
Marketing cookies
This website does not store any marketing or advertising cookies and does not use any advertising measurement code.
Your consent in this category nevertheless has an effect: it determines whether Google Analytics may pass the measured data on to Google Ads and use it for remarketing and for measuring advertising campaign conversions. If you reject this category, Google Analytics will not use the data for advertising purposes.
Who receives the data
Data from analytics cookies is processed by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as our processor. We do not pass cookie data to any other recipients and we do not sell it.
Transfers outside the European Union
As part of its infrastructure, Google may also process data on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and by the participation of Google LLC in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
In relation to data processed through cookies you have the rights granted by the GDPR – in particular the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object. Details, including how to exercise these rights, can be found in our Privacy Policy.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.
